We have tried and tested many different products in extreme conditions over the years. You can be sure that we provide the best products for fun, safety and performance in the sea, so we hope you are sure you will be happy with your purchase from The Shack. If for any reason you might want to exchange your product, you have the right to return all purchases within 14 days of receiving.
What can be returned?
- You can return your purchase at your own cost, if the product
- is unused / unworn
- is returned in its original packaging
- has all its original tags still on
- if apparel, the product should not carry any strong odour, stains or hairs when returned.
Gift vouchers and surfing vouchers are non-refundable.
Sale items are non-refundable. You can exchange your item for another size or colour if available or request store credit.
How do I return an item?
Please download and fill in our Returns & Exchanges Form and send it along with all items you wish to return to:
The Surf Shack Ireland, Curracloe Beach, Enniscorthy, Co. Wexford, Ireland.
Please be advised that stock levels can run low quickly when demand is high during summer months. If you are looking for a replacement item please understand that we may not be able to guarantee that we will have your desired replacement product in stock. You can send us an email before you return your product, so we can put aside your replacement item until your return gets to us or let you know when it will be back in stock.
Refund / Open balance
Once we received your return we will exchange the product or issue a refund to your original form of payment within 3 working days.
We will send you an invoice for any open balance if the new items exceed your initial payment. The new products will be shipped once we received payment. If your replacement costs less than the returned product, we will issue you shop credit.
If for any reason you received a faulty or wrong item, please get in touch via mail to firstname.lastname@example.org so we can arrange an exchange or refund.
